Between December 7th and 10th the AC Untis were installed, the plumbing was installed and the roof and most of the shingles were installed. The AC units are 15 SEER Armstrong Heat Pumps with Ecobee smart thermostats. The thermostats can be monitored and adjusted from an iPhone anywhere in the world. The roof has a radiant barrier and 30 year architectural shingles.
